Experience Counts.
Our business AUTOMOTION Rochester Carburetor Service, was started in 1983 with the sole intent and purpose of providing ‘Custom Built’ Rochester 4-Jet (4GC) and Q-Jet carburetors to the o.e.m. muscle car restoration market and to *nhra / ihra stock / super stock drag racers. Both of these market segments require a knowledge of carburetor function, vehicle air & fuel requirements, and a sharp eye for detail. You can say that we cut our teeth on these two carb models.

The Heritage Continues with Our ‘Custom’ Hot Rod Tri-Power Systems.
In 1994 ‘we were discovered’ by Smitty Smith @ Edelbrock and it was Smitty who originally encouraged us to start building these Rochester based Multi-Carb Street Rod / Hot Rod Systems, using their reintroduced #5419 SBC 3-Deuce Intake Manifold. This is when the Authentic Custom Hot Rod TRI-POWER brand was born!
We continue this Hot Rod focus today by now offering 35+ different applications of Custom Built - Custom Finished - Engine and Application Specific multiple carburetor systems. ALL are intended for the Street and ALL are based on the versatile GM Rochester 2-Jet carburetor.
Our Systems have been used on everything from Daily Drivers and Hot Rods, to TV Feature Cars and Full-On Show Cars, including the Dave Lane built - George Poteet owned, 1932 Ford Sedan Delivery, that was chosen as the Good Guys ‘2008 Street Rod Of The Year’.
